Meet Patricia Quaye, the visionary founder and driving force behind SHE 4 Change Foundation. Patricia’s journey began in a small village in Ghana, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by marginalized rural communities. Motivated by her own experiences and a deep desire to make a positive impact, Patricia established the foundation with a clear vision of creating a better world for those in need.
Founding President
The founder and driving force behind SHE 4 Change Foundation, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to social change. Growing up in a rural community herself, she understands the challenges faced by marginalized individuals and is dedicated to breaking the cycles of poverty. With a background in Social Studies Education, Social Entrepreneurship, and Development Engineering, she combines her academic knowledge with a passion for creating positive change. Patricia’s leadership inspires the entire team to work towards a better future.
Director of Community Development and Program Coordination
The Community Development and Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving positive change and empowering marginalized rural communities. In this multifaceted position the Community Development and Program Coordinator works closely with local communities, developing tailor-made initiatives, and forming partnerships with leaders, NGOs, and government agencies. He oversees program monitoring and evaluation, implements fundraising strategies, conducts training sessions, and conducts research for impactful initiatives. His expertise in effective communication and intercultural competence allows him to spearhead our outreach efforts and engage with diverse communities. Integrating technology, managing online presence, and coordinating volunteers are also essential responsibilities.
