At SHE 4 Change, we utilize design thinking to develop impactful programs for the communities we serve. Our approach begins with deep and purposeful engagement with stakeholders within each community. By employing a mixed-method approach that incorporates multiple fields, design research techniques, and design thinking, we gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by the people and communities we work with. This process allows us to diagnose the problems, identify strengths, and uncover opportunities for additional value within the community. Once we have a clear understanding of the problem, we collaborate closely with stakeholders to design innovative programs tailored to address and strengthen these challenges.
